Sometimes they do petty stuff and other times they take it to the extreme by grabbing kids or chasing cars down the street. Let me just say that people should stay away from the Clown suits for Halloween this year.

Apparently some people have started doing it in the UK now and somebody dressed up as Batman and started attacking them. Not sure if that's totally true or not(seen it on Facebook) but still funny.
